Junior project developer

Junior Project developer ? Germany

A client of ours who develop solar projects throughout Europe are looking for a project developer to join their team in Germany. This will be a remote role with occasional travel to the headquarter in Hamburg and travel to projects when necessary.

Your role:

? Assisting in the search, evaluation, and securing of suitable locations for large ground-mounted solar energy systems

? Supporting in contract negotiations for land acquisition in collaboration with our legal team

? Requesting grid compatibility assessments from grid operators to understand connection conditions and costs

? Establishing and managing relationships with regulatory bodies, local authorities, grid operators, and other stakeholders

? Coordinating approval and planning processes to prepare for construction ? Participating in project presentations and negotiations with local municipalities

? Supervising external consultants and project developers ? Managing project reporting and budget responsibilities

Your profile:

? Completed (Bachelor's) degree in economics, law, environmental engineering, renewable energies, or related fields

? Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

? Some experience in renewable energy project development and a growing professional network ? Good negotiation abilities, a confident demeanor, and effective communication skills

? Proficiency in German and English, with knowledge of an additional language being a plus

? Willingness to travel and a self-reliant work ethic
