• MUST HAVE SOME WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH: Guidewire, Majesco or Duck Creek

General Job Duties - Design, Build, Test, data transfer protocols that meet 3rd party requirements (Lexis-Nexis, ISO - Verisk)

• Work with Senior leaders on best practices for data governance and efficient internal data collaboration across all levels of the organization
• Create and maintain effective and efficient insurance data models for business users to access, develop, and collaborate on key areas of the business (Policy, Claims, Billing, Service)

Data Mapping, Organization, & Semantic Model Building - Understand and map the most effective tables and fields in Majesco Intelligent Core for Business Users??

• Streamline data fields that are extraneous and not needed to simplify datasets in models for Business users
• Publish in PowerBI working semantic models for business users to build upon for key insurance use cases (Incurred Loss Ratios, Customer Retention, Earned Vehicle Years, etc.
• Maintain and support models that business users adopt as underlying data structures and system change?
• Ensure data transfer technologies are functioning as designed.
• Resolve issues with transfer errors, missing files, unavailable sites, etc.
• Investigate and resolve data sharing/integration issues between systems and partners
• Address rejected data, missing data, and other data issues across the multiple internal and external platforms.
• Monitor applicable system logs for any anomalies.
• Support general reporting functions including creation of PowerBI data visualizations, Excel spreadsheet extracts, and other reports from the Majesco Intelligent Core, HubSpot CRM, and other systems.
• Create and debug basic SQL reporting queries.
