Role Overview As a PHP Solutions Architect, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of IT architecture practices and standards.
Create and refine coding best practices, frameworks, and solutions for both internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with our team to develop outstanding products.
Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
Define and promote architectural best practices for our platforms.
Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Document and refine platform standards.
Drive research into new technologies and foster experimentation.
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
What We're Looking For At least 5 years of PHP development experience.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience With WordPress. Proficiency in at least one PHP framework (e.g., Symfony, Laravel, CodeIgniter) or open-source projects like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
Experience leading IT architecture decisions.
Familiarity with common third-party APIs.
Understanding of W3 Standards and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with version control systems like Git or Mercurial.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technically creative and open-minded approach.
Experience working in a digital agency environment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
A personal portfolio or website showcasing relevant work is a plus.
