JOB TITLE

? PHP Laravel Developer

? UK Based

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

This role involves working on various bespoke in-house PHP Laravel projects. The PHP Laravel Developer will collaborate closely with the Head of IT to ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

POSITION IN ORGANISATION

Reports To: Head of IT

Full Time / Part Time: Full Time

Salary: 28-30K Per annum

Onsite/Remote: Remote

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Work on Projects as required for the business

? Communicating regularly with clients and customers based on the completion of tasks

? Actively participate in standups, team meetings and strategy meetings to highlight best practices and changes

? Write tests to ensure each element of the system works accordingly

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS and Abilities

? Efficient understanding of PHP and using the Laravel Framework

? Able to demonstrate efficiency in TALL (Tailwind, Alpine, Livewire, Laravel) Stack Development

? Working knowledge of branching and using Git version control.

? Team player who enjoys problem solving.

? Be able to communicate efficiently with Clients and Customers

? Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.

? Knowledge or an interest in cloud development.

? Able to work independently on Projects to a high standard

EXPERIENCE

? Minimum of 2 years of PHP development experience

KNOWLEDGE

? Comprehensive knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework.

? Familiarity with web development best practices and design patterns.

? Understanding of software testing and quality assurance methodologies.
