Description

Web Developer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing all web site efforts, and communicate plans for solutions and quality assurance, along with reviewing implemented solutions. Work with marketing teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into website. Individual will be joining growing team of web developers and designers. This position reports to the Web Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with managers to design website experiences to drive brand and product awareness, capture leads, support our products end users and support our trade users.
  • Utilize web optimization methods to enhance web presence and increase traffic
  • Identify & document website and webpages best practices
  • Work with managers to launch and manage any new online tools, online centers or online campaigns
  • Troubleshoot integration issues
  • Update website features and security patches
  • Work with third-party vendors to complete upgrades and maintenance
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices
  • Designs, develop, deploy, and support new E-commerce site

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • Ability to effectively test and debug
  • Experience with RDBMS, Composer, Git, modern PHP based CMS
  • Strong familiarity with browser developer tools
  • Experiences in customizations which include APIs, backend functionalities, 3rd party integrations, automation
  • Experience with Adobe Commerce / Magento is a plus
  • Experience with New Relic is a plus
  • Work in self-directed, fast-paced environment with excellent time management and productivity output

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or related field is preferred.
  • Completed coursework includes web development, programming, web design, database management, networking and mathematics or a related field, OR
  • An equivalent combination of training and proven experience in front end web development.
