About Us: FLUF.io is a technology company dedicated to the pre-loved fashion industry. Our platform connects the vintage fashion industry, offering tools like FLUF Connect to streamline operations for sellers and an aggregated search experience for buyers. FLUF Connect automates the synchronisation of product listings across multiple marketplaces, including Shopify and Depop. Ensuring inventory and product details are always up-to-date. Based in London, we are a small but passionate team committed to sustainability, technology, and the fashion community. Role Overview: As our first official hire, we are looking for a driven and diligent Software Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the pre-loved industry by expanding the capabilities of FLUF Connect. You will play a crucial role in adding new features, integrating additional channels, and ensuring the tool's high performance and scalability.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Add new features and integrate additional channels into FLUF Connect.
• Maintain and improve the current codebase, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the two other engineering team members.
• Collaborate closely with the co-founders and engineering team to align on goals and deliverables.

??? Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in technology, vintage/pre-loved fashion, and e-commerce.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you have significant technical experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flat hierarchy structure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, or similar.
• Experience with WordPress and Shopify integrations is a plus.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

??Work Environment:

• Fully remote position, candidates based in the UK preferred.
• Communication primarily through WhatsApp, Google Meets, and email.
• Standard work hours are 8 hours per day, with flexibility around how you structure your day.
• Regular check-ins and collaborative sessions with the founding team.
