IAM Engineer

Job Role: IAM Engineer Location: Remote

Length: 6 months

Duties And Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions

Design and implement access controls, authorization rules, and role-based access policies.
Ensure that IAM systems meet business requirements and comply with regulatory standards.
Implement & maintain Single Sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
Develop & maintain user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
Collaborate with IT Development, Operations, & Security teams to integrate IAM systems into existing infrastructure.
Conduct access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to IAM systems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging IAM technologies and best practices.
Through continuous improvement, recommend enhancements and help define the strategy to ensure IAM services align with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications - A bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field and/or 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management

Strong experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory and Azure AD
Experience designing and implementing role-based access policies leveraging Active Directory, Azure AD, & Office 365.
Experience with privileged access management (PAM) solutions such as BeyondTrust (must have), Sailpoint, Saviynt and Proofpoint
Experience with Single Sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
Experience with IAM automation within ServiceNow
Understanding of security principles and frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred - CISSP, CISM, or CCSP
