Web Designer

• Experience with UX Research: Proven ability to conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather user requirements and feedback.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Illustrator for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong Understanding of Design Principles: Knowledge of typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Interaction Design Skills: Ability to design intuitive and engaging user interactions, including micro-interactions and animations.
• Responsive Design: Experience designing for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• User-Centered Design Approach: Commitment to a user-centered design process, considering the needs and behaviors of users at every stage of the design process.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify user pain points and propose effective design solutions.
• Knowledge of Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and best practices (e.g., WCAG) to ensure designs are inclusive and usable by all users.
• Portfolio of Previous Work: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a solid design process.
