PHP Developer -Remote

Description position responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, analyze problems, and create job specifications based on requirements.
• Assist other software developers to clarify concepts and answer questions
• Assist with planning sprints and completing tasks within timeframe
• Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience - Computer Science degree from an accredited college or university

• 5+ years of software engineering experience

• 5+ years of full stack web development experience

• Experience in PHP and PostgreSQL (Preferred)

• Management experience and people skills (Preferred)

• Web based development experience:

• Front End: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery

• Back End: PHP, SQL

• Database: PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL

• Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows (required), Linux (basic knowledge, preferred)

• Q/A experience:

• Experience with test case writing

• Experience with both manual and automation

• Experience testing in web environments

Work Environment / Physical Requirements - The position requires the dexterity to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.

• Occasional lifting may be required up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
