Responsibilities:

Website Development

• Develop Interactive Web Pages: Create complete, interactive, responsive, and accessible web pages based on Figma designs using the latest coding standards and frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL). Adhere to W3C standards and best practices.
• Perform Quality Assurance: Perform QA tests on your work as well as partners' work to inspect for cross-browser and device compatibility, webpage speed and overall functionality, utilizing tools such as BrowserStack, Google PageSpeed Insights, Selenium, Lighthouse, CrossBrowserTesting, Chrome DevTools, Cypress, Mocha, Karma, and Applitools. Utilize test results to resolve issues and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with and assist external partners: Utilize expertise to help solve issues and add features related to the back-end code of the website using Magento2, PHP, API, and Git knowledge. Perform QA tests on external partner's code changes and provide feedback and/or guidance based on results found.
• Address Site Issues Promptly: Respond promptly to site issues and errors, providing comprehensive follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Ensure Best Practices Compliance: Ensure published content adheres to best practices, including SEO, naming conventions, brand guidelines, tagging, and testing for quality assurance and conversion optimization.
• Manage Website Content Updates: Coordinate website content updates and improvements through collaboration with cross-functional team members.

Email Development

• Ensure Compliance with Pardot: Use Pardot, our marketing automation platform, for creating emails and ensure they are compliant with the Salesforce Pardot platform standards.
• Develop Responsive Emails & Templates: Develop responsive HTML5 emails and email templates based on Figma design files using HTML, CSS, XML/VML, and inline styling to ensure compatibility with across various email clients and devices.
• Perform Quality Assurance: Perform thorough QA testing to identify and fix rendering issues, ensuring emails are consistent, achieve high deliverability and accessibility, and render correctly across all major email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) and devices ? for both light and dark mode.
• Create Optimized Emails: Optimize emails for performance, including file size, loading times, and deliverability rates.
• Communication with Team Members: Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure email templates align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Overall

• Coordinate Content Schedules: Manage content schedules to align with major projects or product launches.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of website and e-mail best practices, consumer trends, competition, and technology, proactively recommending solutions and strategies.
• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelors' degree in graphic information technology or other related field from an accredited institution or equivalent work related experience.
• At least 5-years of website coding and management for high-traffic website. (Experience with Magento backend is helpful).
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Magento CMS.
• Intermediate knowledge of PHP, XML, Git, and API integration.
• Intermediate knowledge of marketing automation platforms for email development and asset management. Pardot preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift to OSHA single person lift requirements.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
