PHP Developer (Part-time) Intro Join our clients dynamic team, a leading company specializing in the development and management of fully custom incentive, reward, and rebate web applications. They're dedicated to creating innovative solutions that enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth. With a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction, we're seeking talented individuals who are passionate about custom web development to join our client's mission. This role is part time at (20 hrs/week) and will start as a 6 month contract.
Job Details - Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance single-tenant custom PHP applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in PHP development.
Mandatory Skills - At least 3-5+ years of professional experience in PHP development.
- Proficient in PHP programming language with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with PHP frameworks, preferably Symfony.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of the Linux Apache MySQL PHP stack.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desired Skills - Experience with Angular or React is a plus for future development projects.

Location This position is remote however we are looking for local candidates to Clearwater/ Tampa, FL.
