Job Description
Totally are in the process of writing new systems and upgrading existing systems for one of our long-term clients, and we are now helping this client to recruit a remote long-term freelance developer. You will work very closely with our own team at Totally, working under our Project Managers alongside our developers and QAs.
You will be working on an extensive custom ecommerce platform and website that was originally built offshore. The system is in process of being refactored where possible, maintained and further developed.
This is a remote-based role but as you will work closely with our UK-based teams, you MUST be located where is is easy to work broadly to UK time zones.
Excellent verbal communication in English is essential; you MUST have worked in an English speaking technical environment previously.
Ideal experience includes:
- Strong PHP / Laravel, 5 years+
- Full Stack development experience
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail when implementing front-end designs
- Working with GitLab
- Working in an Agile environment
- AWS components would be a plus
Remuneration
The budget for this role is in the region of 200 Euros per day; variable depending on experience.
