Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global social media brand who are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Sensitive Data team which are responsible for defining, discovering, assessing, protecting and governing sensitive data across the organisation. The team?s goal is to ensure privacy risk from mature strategic positions and any new products are compliant before launch.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide scalable and efficient technical solutions
- Ensure end-to-end guidelines and processes are in place to meet current strategic positions
- Reach out and communicate with the partner engineering teams and build that understanding to figure out where those gaps are currently
- Propose solutions and implement those solutions
- Dive into systems and fully understand them
- Collaborating with legal and policy to make sure the evidence they?re generating is sufficient
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience with backend languages such as Hack, PHP or Python
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Strong capabilities understanding code
- Experience with privacy context, Integrity and safety policies and regulations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Contract details:
- £350 - £400 per day (depending on Location)
- Payroll: PAYE (Via Agency)
- 25 days paid holiday
- Fully Remote
- 12-month contract
