We?re seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an independent contractor. As a Junior Web Designer, you'll play a vital role in crafting visually appealing user-friendly websites and web apps.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing user-friendly websites/web apps
- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective designs
- Ensure adherence to UI/UX design best practices
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the following tools/technologies: Git, Figma, and Jira
- Basic understanding of design principles and user experience
- Experience with popular front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js, Tailwind) is a plus
- Basic experience building websites using Content Management Systems (e.g.,WordPress) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with web design trends and best practices
