Remote Mid-Level Web Developer

?Role Overview The Mid-Level Web Developer will be responsible for developing and

maintaining web applications and websites. This role requires a deep understanding of

PHP and JavaScript, along with experience in modern web development frameworks

and libraries. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of working

both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Development - Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using PHP and

JavaScript.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers to translate visual designs into functional web pages.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments.

Collaboration - Work closely with the Solutions Architect, Senior Developers, and other team

members to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for

improvement.

• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to understand

requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Continuous Improvement - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and

workflows.

• Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,

or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on PHP and

JavaScript.

• Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

frameworks (e.g., jQuery, React, Vue.js).

• Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and content

management systems (e.g., WordPress).

• Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

• Knowledge of modern build tools and workflow automation (e.g., Webpack,

Gulp).

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related projects.
