Role Overview: The Mid-Level Web Developer will be responsible for developing and
maintaining web applications and websites. This role requires a deep understanding of
PHP and JavaScript, along with experience in modern web development frameworks
and libraries. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of working
both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Development Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites using PHP and
JavaScript.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
Collaborate with designers to translate visual designs into functional web pages.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments.
Collaboration Work closely with the Solutions Architect, Senior Developers, and other team
members to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for
improvement.
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to understand
requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and
workflows.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,
or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on PHP and
JavaScript.
Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
frameworks (e.g., jQuery, React, Vue.js).
Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and content
management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of modern build tools and workflow automation (e.g., Webpack,
Gulp).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related projects.
