We're working with a cutting-edge startup looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead their tech strategy and execution. You'll drive innovation, manage a talented team, and align company tech goals with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tech development and strategy.
- Develop a culture of innovation & build and mentor the tech team.
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders.
- Travel periodically to San Antonio, TX.
Qualifications
- Proven CTO or similar leadership experience in startups.
- Strong background in embedded systems.
- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $200,000 - $300,000/year.
