Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer at Inclusion Cloud, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining web applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites and applications that are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Build, maintain, and enhance websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Responsive Design: Ensure websites are fully responsive and provide a seamless user experience across devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic, APIs, and databases.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and SEO, ensuring quick load times and efficient resource usage.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure websites function correctly across different browsers and devices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with business goals.
• Version Control: Use version control systems like Git to manage and track changes in codebase, collaborating effectively with other team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of web projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with responsive design and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP is a plus.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to resolve them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools for optimizing web content.
• Familiarity with web performance tools such as Lighthouse, GTmetrix, or PageSpeed Insights.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
