Project Description

Our client is a Fortune 50 technology company who is currently in the process of hiring a high-level back-end engineer. They are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Software Engineer with expertise in C++ and PHP internal frameworks, as well as a strong background in real-time data processing. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing efficient and scalable solutions to process and analyze large volumes of data in real-time, enabling our clients to make informed business decisions.

Day to day responsibilities

Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data processing pipelines.

Design, develop, and maintain high performance data processing systems using C++ and PHP internal frameworks.

Build robust, scalable, and reliable backend components that support real-time data ingestion, transformation, and storage.

Optimize data processing pipelines for speed, efficiency, and accuracy to ensure timely delivery of insights.

Implement data quality checks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and consistency of processed data.

Work closely with Data Scientists and Analysts to ensure data availability and accessibility for their analysis needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing, performance, and availability in a timely manner.

Qualifications Proficiency in C++ and PHP internal frameworks for developing efficient and optimized backend systems.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
