Payrate: $50-55/hr w2 100% remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and software development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

The successful candidate will be one who seeks out opportunities to improve quality, fixes problems and shows initiative in ensuring that our software meets business goals. We?re looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who continuously looks for ways to contribute and volunteers for tasks.

Responsibilities:

Develop user-facing features using front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vanilla, Web Components, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
Design and implement server-side logic using back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development
Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely solutions
Take ownership of projects and show initiative in ensuring that software meets business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
Solid understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.
Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL databases)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Understanding of security principles and best practices in web development
