Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Backend Developer with a solid foundation in PHP to join our dynamic development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, expand their skills, and gain valuable real-world project experience in backend web development. You?ll be working in a startup environment, with lots of opportunity to expand your skills and network.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to create, test, and maintain efficient backend systems using PHP.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable PHP code to power dynamic web applications.
• Assist in developing and integrating APIs and third-party services.
• Manage and optimize database queries and performance (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications to improve performance and functionality.
• Stay updated on the latest PHP best practices and backend development trends.
• Assist with version control and deployment processes using Git.

Qualifications:

• Basic proficiency in PHP and a passion for backend development.
• Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Understanding of API development and RESTful services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) is a plus.
• Knowledge of other backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) is a plus but not required.
