We are partnered with a leading Web3 and Blockchain start-up company who aim to disrupt the the crypto eco-system and move away from a chain centric worldview and move towards an account centric worldview.
They are currently looking for Chief Technology Officer to join the team and lead the technological vision and strategy of their rapidly growing company. As Chief Technology Officer you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading and ensuring the scalability of their blockchain and crypto products with a focus on security, performance, and user experience.
What we expect from the Chief Technology Officer:
- 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 2 years in Blockchain
- Proven experience in managing large-scale technology projects and teams
- Deep knowledge in Ethereum, Bitcoin, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) applications
- Strong knowledge of crypto protocols, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security best practices.
- Experience with open-source projects and communities.
