**Job title: Service Now Developer - Healthcare

Location: Fully Remote Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Job Overview** - We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer on a contract basis to join our Information Services team. This position is intended to provide essential support while our internal developer is dedicated to a strategic internal project. The contracted ServiceNow Developer will focus on "Keep The Lights On" (KTLO) activities, ensuring the stability and ongoing functionality of our ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day support for the ServiceNow platform, including incident troubleshooting and resolution.

  • Perform basic form and workflow development to maintain and enhance platform functionality.
  • Assist with regular updates and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the platform.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand requirements and deliver basic configurations and customizations as needed.
  • Document changes and maintain up-to-date records of development activities.

Required Skills And Experience - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on platform administration, incident resolution, and basic development tasks.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Request Management, and basic Workflow Development.
  • Ability to perform basic script writing and form configuration in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in a contract or consulting role, supporting ServiceNow environments.

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
