About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Web Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining a variety of web projects, with a primary focus on Wordpress and WebFlow. Our WordPress development process focuses on clean code and performance. We start with a barebones theme and then ask our developers to craft tailored solutions. Your expertise in front-end and back-end development will be instrumental in creating engaging and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Lead the development of new websites and web applications, primarily using Wordpress and WebFlow
• Front-End Development: Implement responsive and visually appealing designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.
• Back-End Development: Develop themes, and integrations to extend the functionality of Wordpress and WebFlow sites.
• Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, perform regular updates, and ensure the ongoing security and stability of web projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on Wordpress and WebFlow
• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Front-End Frameworks: Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus
• App Development: Experience in mobile app development (iOS or Android) is highly desirable
• DevOps Skills: Experience with database management, website migrations, deploying websites, managing DNS, and ensuring seamless integration of web applications into production environments.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for Learning: A desire to stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends

Bonus Points:

• Webflow Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of Webflow's advanced features and integrations
• eCommerce: Experience building and managing eCommerce websites using platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify
• SEO: Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices
