Backend Developer- Go (Contract-6months)

Key Responsibilities - Code and Solution Review: Assess and review AI-generated code and solutions to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

• Development Cycle Management: Oversee and organize the development process, set project priorities, and establish goals and deadlines.
• Complex Issue Resolution: Use expertise in Go programming to address and resolve intricate coding problems encountered during AI validation.
• Team Collaboration: Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment that supports effective communication and ongoing improvement.
• AI Code Validation: Conduct validation checks to verify the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated code.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to improve AI system capabilities and ensure smooth integration with other components.
• Code Analysis and Feedback: Review and analyse code written by team members, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality software development.

Qualifications - Education: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 6 years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on backend development.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team of software engineers preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the Go programming language and software development best practices.
• AI Systems Knowledge: Some experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
