About Epsilla Epsilla is a Y Combinator backed startup, providing A one-stop Retrieval Augmented Generation as a Service (RAGaaS) platform to create custom AI workflows 10 times faster.

End-users can run and modify these pipelines using our no-code platform, and developers can deliver complex, production-grade Generative AI chains directly to end-users via our API and SDK. In addition to expanding our core platform, we are partnering with several enterprises with revenues exceeding $1 billion to pilot our solutions for high-impact use cases.

About The Interview - Take-home assessment

  • 45-minute technical discussion

The Role You Will Be Responsible For - Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code

  • Collaborate with founders to conceptualize and implement sub-products and features from start to finish to deliver winning products.
  • Participate in the design of technical architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging to drive performance optimization.
  • Engage with customers and evaluating user feedback to understand core pain points and iterate on feature requests.
  • Contribute to customer support, particularly for the products you develop.
  • Stay current with the latest AI advancements by investigating alternatives to integrate new capabilities into our platform.

Ideal Profile - Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

  • Proficiency in C++, TypeScript, and Python/FastAPI.
  • Understanding of performance optimization best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven ability to overcome challenges.
