Role Overview:

The CTO will play a pivotal role in driving the company?s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and continuing the development of robust, scalable systems. This is a hybrid position, providing flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with teams. The ideal candidate will not only bring a strategic vision but also a strong technical background with hands-on development experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 8+ years in software development with at least 3+ years in a leadership or CTO role, ideally within the fintech or finance sectors.
• Hands-on Technical Expertise: Strong development background (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or similar), with a deep understanding of fullstack technologies, system architecture, and cloud solutions.
• Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead technology strategy and align it with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Experience managing and scaling technical teams in a high-growth environment.
• Innovative Mindset: Ability to leverage emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Security Focus: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, particularly in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of Fintech: Experience in building or managing fintech products is highly desirable.
