Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and manage modules and plugins within the Drupal platform.
- Develop wireframes and establish core site structures using the Drupal framework.
- Adjust site parameters as necessary to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with mobile developers to guarantee responsive web design across various devices.
- Engage with digital accessibility specialists to ensure compliance and accessibility of the website and microsites.
- Adhere to secure coding practices to develop safe and reliable web applications.
- Partner with the Marketing and Communications team on website development projects and enhancements.
- Effectively manage projects, provide status updates, and create detailed documentation and application guides.
Required Skills - Fundamental understanding of web development and design principles.
- Familiarity with content management systems, particularly Drupal and WordPress.
- Proficiency in PHP, YML, and Composer.
- General understanding of distributed computing architectures (e.g., Client/Server, Internet/Intranet).
- Awareness of web standards and accessibility requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse tasks and data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Attention to detail alongside the ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree.
- At least one year of experience in Drupal or WordPress development or equivalent coursework.

Compensation And Benefits - Salary Range: \(55,000 - \)65,000, determined based on qualifications, budget, and market conditions.

Working Environment - Standard office environment with occasional interruptions and moderate to high stress levels.
- This position is eligible for remote work.
Physical Requirements - Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.

Work Schedule - Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
