Full Stack Developer
Location: UK ? Remote
Salary: £60,000 ? 70,000
I am working with an innovative digital health software company who believe that only the sickest of the sick should be hospitalised and that the future of healthcare is preventative, community-based and supported by digital tools. Their software revolutionises the way hospitals; community-based clinics care for and communicate with their patients.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team, contributing to innovative healthcare solutions. You?ll work with technologies such as PHP Laravel, React, Typescript, SQL, serverless technologies, and ideally .NET, FHIR, and HL7. Your expertise in these technologies will help play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance healthcare applications.
- Build server-side components using PHP
- Manage SQL/NoSQL databases with a focus on performance and security.
- Implement front-end solutions with Typescript, React.
- Ensure FHIR and HL7 standards for system interoperability.
- Collaborate on containerisation, serverless computing, and cloud services (Docker, Lambda, AWS).
- Work with DevOps, QA, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mobile app development (Flutter), security protocols (OAuth, 2FA).
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in full stack development with PHP, Typescript, Node.js and SQL/NoSQL.
- Strong knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and API development and development frameworks eg. Laravel, Angular, VueJS.
- Familiarity with containerisation, cloud services, and Git version control.
- Start-up experience and knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR compliance preferred.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with .NET
- Passion for healthcare technology and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
