Background Job Description

• One of the primary responsibilities of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution
• Delivery team is to maintain and support a highly visible cloud system, Workday. We are seeking one techno-functional resource to augment the team.
• The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, developing Workday integrations and reports, performing end-to-end testing of said integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Workday environment, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.

Requirements The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:

• The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday.
• Possess extensive experience with developing integrations and reports, including BIRT

reports.

• Thorough knowledge of security for integrations and reports.
• Possess experience with developing calculated fields.
• Knowledge of and experience with Workday HCM and Payroll business processes.
• Knowledge of Orchestrate integrations is preferred.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:

• Design and test assigned integrations and reports.
• Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and test results.
• Prepare and deliver documents required for peer review.
• Monitor integration issues in Production and work with business users and scrum team on

the issue resolution.
