Position: Front End/UI UX Engineer
REMOTE
Required Hours: Pacific time zone (PST)
Permanent - Direct Placement
Required Skills:
- 3-4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Front End Engineer
- 3+ years of professional experience and advanced level of knowledge working with modern CSS, CSS Flexbox, CSS Grid, or similar
- Professional experience with Aria Attributes, Web accessibility, WCAG, Section 508: familiar with accessibility standards to make web and applications more accessible to users
- 2-3+ years of professional experience with React, Next and JavaScript and Typescript Experience working in an Agile environment Willing to work PST hours
Plusses:
- Experience with Storybook emotion
- Experience working in a Cloud environment: AWS preferred
- UI/UX design experience: MUI, UI libraries
- PHP experience
- Experience working in containerized environments: Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Experience with React Admin, Symfony, Drupal or Wordpress.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Experience with WebGL, Canvas, D3, or similar

This is a Full time/Direct hire mid-level role where you will be working on a team alongside two fullstack developers, DevOps engineer, and a UI/UX Designer in an agile environment. You will be working primarily on the front end with JavaScript, CSS, React, Next.js, User Interface: MUI, and Storybook Emotion.
