Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.

• Oversee and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and guide the team towards continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of product roadmaps.

Requirements - Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Lead Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications - Master?s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
