Remote Web/Database Developer

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Web/Database Developer to join our esteemed IT Support Services team. This remote position offers the opportunity to design and develop our website, effectively conveying our organization's mission and values to the public.

Key Responsibilities - Conceptualize, design, evaluate, develop, test, maintain, and document the website to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their website objectives and provide professional guidance on design and functionality.
Oversee the creation of visually engaging digital assets including images, banners, and charts to enhance the site?s appeal.
Apply programming skills to ensure the website operates seamlessly and efficiently.
Draft, edit, and format written content to articulate our messaging effectively on the website.
Produce multimedia elements such as videos and audio to enrich website content as per client specifications.
Assist clients in domain name selection and registration processes.
Provide technical support and educate staff on website management and updates.
Formulate strategies to boost website traffic and broaden its audience reach.
Conduct regular content updates and enhancements to address evolving needs and encourage repeat visitation.
Develop comprehensive documentation outlining program development, coding practices, and operational procedures.

Required Skills - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Experience with graphic design software and tools for multimedia editing.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively.
Detail-oriented with a strong passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
