Project/System Overview To complete the Application Program Interface with Accucom (RMS vendor) to connect to CISS Digital Workflows, CJIS-CT needs to hire a consultant to help develop code using FileMaker. This consultant will also work on testing new code developed by the .NET team.
scope of Work Client Governing Board FileMaker Developer is responsible for supporting the application design and development of the Connecticut Information Sharing System (CISS) Application Program Interface with RMS vendors. The FileMaker Developer must have extensive knowledge of formal Software Development Methodologies (SDM).
Required Skills/Experience The individual who fills this position should have a solid Software Development background with the skills and the abilities to foster and ensure cooperation and coordination among the various CJIS-CT partners. The skills required for this position are:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology, 5 years minimum experience programming in a 3rd generation languages and knowledge of software design patterns
- FileMaker, MySQL,
- Operating System: Windows, Mac, Ubuntu
- Languages: JavaScript, PHP, CSS3, CSS, HTML5, HTML, jQuery.
- Others: Postman, Amazon Web Services, CodeIgniter, LAMP, FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Go, FileMaker Server
