To support this mission, Compliancy Group is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help expand our platform and become an integral part of our growing engineering organization. We are an industry-leading Software as a Service organization, providing a proprietary compliance and security solution, The Guard, to the healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience withTypeScript, Node.js and React frameworks.
- Experience operating in dynamic, high-growth and entrepreneurial environments
- Experience working in Modern Agile/DevOps Environments.
- Experience with AWS is a plus
- Experience with PHP is a big plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Build, support, and continuously improve major features and components of Compliancy Group?s SaaS platform, The Guard.
- Mentor and lead junior team members, while also learning from others - comfortable being a teacher and teachable.
- Ability to jump into the details while always considering the bigger picture, and not afraid to raise potential issues, concerns, or suggestions.
- Participate in and help cultivate a high performing and passionate engineering culture, constanting looking for improvements and optimizations.
- Lead thoughtful and constructive code reviews, always protecting the system and our users above any timeline pressures.
- Operate in a ?test and learn? culture, where innovation and iteration is a central part of the overall technical strategy to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide a balance of entrepreneurial spontaneity and innovation with the need to deliver high quality and elegant solutions.
