Remote Web Developer / Database Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Web/Database Developer to join our dedicated IT Support Services team, working remotely. This role is critical in enhancing our online presence and ensuring that our website effectively communicates our mission to promote justice and equality within the community.

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain the website to provide an exceptional user experience.

Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and deliver expert recommendations on design and functionality.
Produce or supervise the creation of captivating digital graphics, including images, banners, and charts.
Apply programming skills to ensure robust website functionality.
Develop and edit engaging website content to accurately reflect our mission.
Create multimedia enhancements, including video and audio, tailored to client specifications.
Assist clients in selecting and registering appropriate domain names.
Provide technical support and training to clients and staff for effective website management.
Formulate marketing strategies to attract users and broaden the website?s audience.
Regularly update website content to meet evolving requirements and encourage return visits.
Document all aspects of program development, coding, and operational procedures clearly.

Required Skills - Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Experience with graphic design software and multimedia editing tools.
Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites.
