To support our team, we are looking for a long-term PHP Developer Key Responsibilities
Our developers see themselves as the owners of their product and therefore their daily work covers a whole range of tasks such as:
- Further development of front- and backend (native PHP, JavaScript, vue.js)
- Further and new development of batch processes for the processing of big data
- Development of future-oriented architectures and solutions based on stakeholder requirements
- Expansion of our semi-automated release process (continuous integration) and quality assurance (unit testing, code reviews)
- Modernization and conversion of the architecture during ongoing operations
- Independent work in the Scrum team, with QA, with Scrum Master, Product Owner and stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
In order to achieve our future goals, we are looking for people with the best prerequisites to continue to grow together as a team and expand their knowledge with us. To do this, you should bring the following:
- Hands-on experience in PHP-OOP and JavaScript
- Practical experience in the field of web development including version control (Git)
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and basic Internet architectures (HTTP, DNS, IP addresses, domains)
- Experience with AWS and Docker containers is desirable
- The motivation to approach problems in a structured way, to master them and to be a team player
- Fluent in both English and German
