Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Web Developer to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about transforming creative designs into functional, visually appealing websites. You will play a crucial role in helping clients from various industries, such as HVAC and home services, enhance their online presence through exceptional digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Convert designs and assets from the Graphics team into fully responsive and functional web pages using WordPress and tools such as Beaver Builder.
- Ensure that projects align with client branding and meet the highest quality standards through meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage DNS records and perform essential database tasks during website launches.
- Conduct ongoing maintenance tasks, including content updates, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all projects adhere to deadlines and client expectations.
- Utilize Google Services and other APIs to optimize website functionality.
- Document development processes and maintain records of updates and modifications.
- Engage in regular team meetings to address progress and overcome challenges.
Required Skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote work environment.
- Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and staying abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in web development.
Qualifications - A minimum of three years of relevant experience in web development, specifically with WordPress.
- A strong foundation in coding languages and web technologies.

Compensation And Benefits - Salary: \(50,000 - \)60,000 per year, based on experience.
