Web Administrator
Description
Job Title: Web Administrator (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the company website(s) to ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience.
- Analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics to inform site enhancements and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to gather and analyze website requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for website architecture, design decisions, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and usability of the website.
- Conduct regular website testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and effective functionality.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the website, including updates and enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve website performance and efficiency.
- Train and support team members on website features and functionalities.
Qualifications - Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Web Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
- Strong understanding of web hosting, domain management, and database management (e.g., MySQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
