Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced Backend Engineer to work with the company?s engineers and key employees like Software architect with the goal to establish OAT as the undisputed leader in open assessment and education technology solutions.
You will be working with technologies like:
- PHP, Golang, Node and Svelte
- Cloud services from cloud providers as AWS and GCP,
- Messages Bus SQS , Pub-Sub,
- Container software and orchestrators as Docker, Kubernetes,
- frameworks as Symfony, Slim and others
Requirements, Qualification and Skills:
Fluency in English
3+ years as Back-end developer
Empathy to ensure a good collaboration with others
Lead knowledge and experience sharing across the team member
Excellent knowledge of PHP7, RDS(SQL), and NoSQL databases
Strong experience in one or multiple frameworks (Symfony, Slim, Laravel, ?)
Knowledge of AWS/GCP is a plus
Understands basic Agile and SCRUM concepts
