We're looking for a motivated Web Developer to join our team and help drive 20% year-over-year growth in new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through our direct sales channel. The Web Developer will create high-converting web content?pages and static media?that engages visitors and turns them into prospects and customers. You'll work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize the web experience, enhance lead generation, and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities - Web Content Development: Create 50-100 new web pages annually, implement effective CTAs, and improve internal linking on 300-600 pages.

• Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers and engineers to ensure alignment with company standards and user experience best practices.
• Web Optimization & SEO: Optimize content for UX, SEO, and conversion, ensuring adherence to best practices like internal linking and UTM tagging.
• Support Sales Teams: Provide digital support for BDRs and AEs, helping to convert leads into deals.
• Technical Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain web pages, troubleshoot issues, and improve page performance.
• Analytics: Track page performance and user behavior using web analytics tools to improve conversions.

Required Qualifications - Experience: 2+ years in web development, with a portfolio demonstrating conversion-driven projects.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with PHP and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX/UI, SEO, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Collaboration: Ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Design, or related field, with relevant certifications a plus.
