What will you be doing in the role? - Reviewing program objectives, input data, and output requirements in relation to project requirements

• Formulating program specifications and prototypes
• Transforming software designs and specifications into high-functioning code
• Mentoring and assisting junior and midlevel developers

Who are we looking for? - Minimum of 5 years development experience (Preferably 7+ years' experience)

• Experienced and proficient (SME) with PHP and Laravel
• Proficient knowledge of Angular and/or React (Angular knowledge preferred)
• Ability to work proactively and productively with minimal supervision
• Ability to see the big picture with an architectural mindset
• Understands the costs of technical debt and able to weigh business needs against technical preferences
• We prefer workers on-site, but this position is eligible for remote work
