Description: Title: Director, Real Estate
Reports to: Chief Growth & Strategy Officer
Department/Location: Remote
FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: The Director, Real Estate will report to the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer and will be responsible for
overseeing and directing the development of 20 or more outpatient clinics per year. This dynamic role is
ultimately responsible for the full development process beginning with site selection. This includes selecting
general contractors and navigating the licensure and regulatory process to ensure a successful project
completion. They will also play a key leadership role as they oversee a team of 2-3 project managers and
multiple external stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys & vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Own the site selection process including performing analyses in Buxton or ArcGIS
- Develop property RFPs alongside real estate brokers
- Lead the negotiation of leases with support from legal and risk mgmt
- Develop, oversee and manage construction budgets
- Develop oversee and manage design and construction schedules
- Report out key development milestones to leadership team
- Ensure FGI guidelines are followed through the development process with the result being a
successful state licensure survey
- Lead furniture and equipment procurement for each site and ensure on time delivery
- Assist in refining brand standards for clinics
- Work alongside the clinical operations team to ensure successful and on time clinic openings ?
estimated to be 20 per year
- Lead the team of project managers and delegate tasks efficiently among the team
- Develop standard templates, processes & procedures for efficient operations pertaining to the
development process
- Lead on the relationship with architecture and engineering teams
- Select lease management software and set up standard processes for ensuring lease compliance
- Support the creation of goals
Qualifications: - Bachelor?s degree in architecture, construction management, business or a related field
- 10 years of full-time professional experience in relevant roles
- Experience managing budgets, change orders, and timelines
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Mastery of project management software
- Experience leading teams required to execute a high volume of clinic/store openings on an annual
basis
