Our cutting-edge technology aims to achieve true ZERO WASTE by converting waste into valuable graphene and capturing all released gases for reuse. This pioneering process has the potential to transform industries, from biotechnology to energy and space exploration, powering the future of advanced technologies.

We are currently in the final stages of planning and the initial stages of acquiring funding, making this the perfect time to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technological development of 9N. The CTO will provide technical leadership and strategy, ensuring that our technologies align with the company?s mission and goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and investors to oversee the implementation of cutting-edge solutions and the successful commercialisation of our patented graphene-from-waste process.

This role will initially be unpaid until seed funding is secured, transitioning into a salaried position with an attractive package upon funding. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in technology strategy, team development, and innovation, as well as a passion for building sustainable solutions that benefit local communities and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy:

? Develop and oversee the company?s technical vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

? Identify, implement, and optimise technologies that yield competitive advantages.

Innovation and Development:

? Lead the discovery and integration of innovative technologies related to graphene production and recycling.

? Drive the development of advanced infrastructure to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

Team Leadership:

? Build and manage a high-caliber technical team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

? Mentor and guide team members to achieve key performance goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

? Communicate the company?s technology strategy to partners, investors, and stakeholders.

? Use feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve technological solutions.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

? Establish processes for quality assurance, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

? Ensure all technological operations adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

? Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

? Assess potential risks and opportunities in the technology sector.

Investor Engagement:

? Collaborate with the executive team to secure funding by presenting the technical roadmap to investors and partners.

Qualifications:

? Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology-focused organization.

? Strong understanding of technological trends, particularly in sustainable innovation, recycling, or graphene production.

? Expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and technical team development.

? Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

? Ability to conduct in-depth technical analyses and research.

? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
