Who You Are: The Full Stack Developer will play an instrumental role in developing and maintaining business, reporting, and productivity-focused applications for internal stakeholders and elegant, pixel-perfect customer-facing websites. The ideal candidate will have notable experience developing stable and performant Node.js applications. In addition, the ideal candidate will be ready and able to create integrations for multiple systems & applications using both in-house & 3rd party APIs.

A Day in the Life: - Provide thoughtful, well-considered feedback during design and development of internal-facing business applications

Translate and formalize business logic into software solutions
Develop front end web applications with an eye for detail
Design and develop extensible internal APIs for use by multiple applications
Establish a high level of personal credibility and build strong professional working relationships with internal clients
Focus on continuous improvement
Install, configure, secure, and maintain business applications
Develop Business Intelligence applications for reporting and data analysis
Utilize monitoring solutions to ensure all systems are operating optimally

What Will Set You Up for Success: - 3-5 years of experience developing web applications

Skilled in Node.js application development
Experience with scripting and object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Python, PHP, or similar
Familiarity with the most common SQL variations (preferably SQL Server and Postgres)
Capable of both creating and consuming API services
Working knowledge of modern JavaScript libraries like React, Vue, or Angular
Familiarity with both Linux and Windows server environments
Familiarity with the most common Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, SQS, Lambda, RDS) or Azure equivalent
Experience designing, building, maintaining, testing, and debugging modern technology stacks
Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment
Effectively and professionally communicates with all departments
Skilled at prioritizing workload to meet shifting responsibilities/needs
Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus
Experience with containers (Docker, etc) is a plus
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (previously known as Demandware) is a plus!

Primary Location: - The preferred location for the ideal candidate is South Carolina, but we are also considering remote applicants from California, Oregon, Florida, Illinois, and New York.
