Senior PHP / LAMP Stack Developer

Kamis is in search of an experienced Developer to work for our client in Maryland, a custom software development company. This is a full-time, direct/permanent position. The Developer will work on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment under the direction of the Tech Lead.

Coding is Object Oriented, primarily in PHP, using MVC patterns, MySQL and a custom environment. Candidates with LAMP Stack experience using frameworks like Laravel, CakePHP and/or Symfony are highly desired. Candidates with strong jQuery, Bootstap and Git experience is highly desired.

We are looking for a Developer that is self-motivated and can work independently w/o supervision. The work schedule is generally Eastern Time regular business hours, but there is some flex scheduling available. OT is rare.

**Skills / Experience:**

* 5+ Years web/software development experience

* Expert OOP using PHP

* Advanced MVC

* Advanced SQL (MySQL preferred). Some DBA abilities/experience desired.

* Version Control (SVN or Git)

* Excellent Knowledge in HTML/CSS/JS

* Bootstrap

* jQuery or similar JS framework

* Photoshop
