Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience in a large Enterprise IT and/or Federal Agency Environment
- Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in an advanced technical support and training.
- Five (5) years experience Drupal and Ilias including data-driven sites, Drupal and Ilias, EZProxy integration, Apache Solr, Google Translate, Google Analytics. Google Tag Manager, Clickatell, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript (including the use of a variety of libraries).
- Five (5) years experience Coaching to support adoption of the requirements gathering or discovery processes preferred.
- Five (5) years experience fostering stakeholder awareness and acceptance of applications, newly developed applications, emerging technology, and broader adoption of new business processes.
- A four (4) year degree in the Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Database Administration, or related field from an accredited institution.
