Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The CTO will play a critical role in shaping the company's technological vision, driving innovation, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our ambitious growth objectives. Responsibilities

• **Technology Vision and Strategy:**Develop and articulate a clear and compelling technology vision that aligns with Global Group Inc.'s overall business strategy and goals.
• Define and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that encompasses research and development, product development, data management, and IT infrastructure.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to ensure Global Group Inc. maintains a competitive edge.
• **Technology Leadership and Execution:**Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of technology development and implementation, including software development, data management, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Ensure that technology solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• **Research and Development:**Collaborate with research and development teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support scientific discovery and innovation.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on research projects and product development initiatives.
• **Data Management and Analytics:**Develop and implement a robust data management strategy that ensures data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Leverage data analytics to gain insights into research, operations, and business performance.
• **Collaboration and Communication:**Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Effectively communicate technology strategy and progress to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing technology strategies in the life sciences industry.
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities in technology.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate business goals into technology solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
