Senior Developer

Wiz Media, the team behind the leading FC community site futwiz.com and Pokemon site pikawiz.com, are looking to expand and enhance our gaming-related websites and apps, bringing value to players' gaming experiences around the world. We are a small and friendly team who are passionate about gaming and looking to add like-minded people as we expand.

We are looking for a full-stack senior developer who will be very competent in the following:

• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript with knowledge of React
• Mysql
• PHP with knowledge of Laravel

The following would be an advantage:

• MVC Frameworks
• Git / Version Control
• Web server management
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies

The primary responsibilities of the role are

• Maintaining existing features and content across all our sites
• Working with the team to develop new features and new sites
• Exploring ways to improve site performance
• Mentoring junior developers

Location: This role is a work-from-home role, but occasionally (2-3 times a year), visits to our offices in Milton Keynes will be required (travel and accommodation will be provided in these cases).

• Package: This is a full-time, permanent role, with a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
