About The Role As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you?ll lead the planning and delivery of website projects here, making sure they?re completed on time, within scope, and all lined up with client expectations. Your expert know-how will help you organise teams across multiple disciplines and manage a variety of projects in our fast-paced world.

Key Requirements

• Lead end-to-end management of website projects, from discovery and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and refine requirements, making sure everything lines up with their business goals and user needs.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for web development initiatives.
• Produce proposals, project briefs and statement of works for client approval.
• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, including web designers, developers, digital strategists and content creators.
• Monitor project milestones and timelines, proactively addressing risks or challenges to ensure a successful delivery.
• Follow best practices in web development, including responsive design, accessibility standards, and SEO optimisation.
• Communicate project progress, timelines, and deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders clearly and consistently.
• Conduct post-launch evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement in the project lifecycle.
• Attend client QBRs to discuss the performance of their site and come up with suggestions for continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of experience managing web development projects, with a strong portfolio of completed work.

• A deep understanding of web development processes, technologies, and tools, including CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Proficiency in Waterfall project management or other similar systems; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing skills, with a knack for translating technical concepts into layman's terms.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of web performance reporting and optimisation, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices.
